I've experienced the tech ecosystem from just about every angle — building startups, hiring people, looking for work, finding clients, and trying to meet the right people along the way.

I've seen what happens when platforms put themselves first. Algorithms decide who gets seen. Visibility is sold. Hiring gets automated. Platforms take a cut when people find work. Somewhere along the way, people stopped being the priority.

I believed there was a better way to build.

Put people first. Create fair opportunities. Be transparent. Keep it human. And build a business without trying to make money off every interaction.

  • Because knowing there’s a real person on the other side matters. Members who want full access complete a profile review and identity verification before they can message others or participate in member-only experiences.

  • No. You can join Saasea for free, create your profile, explore the community, and participate in the feed. Paid memberships unlock additional features and experiences, including live events, messaging, advising, and applying to opportunities.

  • Nope. The Feed is chronological. We don’t rank posts based on popularity, follower counts, engagement, or who paid to get in front of you. You decide what’s worth your attention.

  • Yes. Members can discover full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities across tech. Applications aren’t scored or automatically rejected by an ATS or AI—you apply and a human decides what happens next.

  • Yep. Companies and founders can post opportunities and discover vetted professionals across the Saasea community. We require important details like budget and hiring timelines so people know what they’re applying for.

  • No. What you earn is yours. Saasea doesn’t take a percentage of your pay, force payments through the platform, or require you to use our contracts. Once you've found the right person, the relationship is yours.

  • Absolutely. Hiring is only one part of Saasea. Join conversations, ask for advice, get feedback, attend roundtables and other live events, meet people across tech, or just see what everyone else is working on.
